Serenity

Villa “Serenity” is located in a privileged and quiet location in the area of Kosta in Porto Heli, at a distance of 200 meters from the port of Kosta and just 40 meters from the sea.
The villa is divided into 3 levels.
On the ground level, the main living areas of the villa are located. These include the kitchen, the living room, a 12-seater dining area, and a WC.
In addition on the same level, an independent Suite is placed, which has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a small living area, a work area, and a bathroom.
The upper level has three more bedrooms.
One of them is the master bedroom, which has a double bed, a work area, a bathroom, and a small terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Spetses.
Then the other two bedrooms share a bathroom and each on of them is equipped with twin beds.
The lower level has two additional bedrooms and a spacious playroom.
These bedrooms share a bathroom, while one has a king-size bed and the other is equipped with twin beds.
Serenity’s outdoor areas include a beautiful seawater swimming pool and landscaped gardens with outdoor furniture for unique moments of relaxation. The gardens are specially designed in order to enhance privacy. Finally, the outdoor areas are completed with a fully equipped stone BBQ, a basketball half-court as well as an outdoor parking lot for up to three cars inside the villa’s premises.
