Our team gave a lot of thought as to which name would be ideal for a property of this range and only one suited it perfectly, “Magna” a Latin term we have encountered many times during Greek history. Magna is a very beautiful and luxurious villa that can offer an unforgettable and exclusive staying. Both its construction materials and its decoration materials are of superior quality while its spaces, both interior and exterior, are spacious and particularly elegant.
Villa Magna is dominated by wood and stone materials, which in combination with the blue sea and its magnificent view, an idyllic environment is created both during the day and during the night.
Magna is divided into 3 floors in total.
The main floor includes an extremely spacious living area with a fireplace, a Smart TV, and large glass doors. Therefore anyone sitting can enjoy an excellent view of both the beautiful waters of the Saronic Gulf and the island of Spetses. In addition, the magnificent wooden dining table of 10 seats is located in front of the main kitchen of the property, which is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances that a Chef may need. The floor’s indoor areas are completed with a WC and an en-suite bedroom with two single beds.
The first floor of Magna consists of two bedrooms. The one bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom while the second bedroom is the master one. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a walk-in closet while its spacious two-sink bathroom has a jacuzzi. Finally, there is a terrace of exclusive use, from which one can enjoy a unique view of 180 degrees of the crystal clear sea of the Saronic Gulf and the islands of Spetses, Hydra, and Dokos.
The last floor of the villa is under the main floor. This one is on the same level as the ground since the whole villa was built so that the view will be able to be seen from as many places as possible.
The aforementioned floor consists of an additional secondary sitting area which includes a bar, WC, and direct access to the garden This living area is very spacious and therefore ideal for indoor events. In addition, the corridor leads to two different areas. The first one is contained with a bedroom which has a double bed and a bathroom. The second area consists of a small apartment with a living area, a bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. Furthermore, near the above-mentioned, the fitness room with a Sauna is located, while the interiors are completed with another small apartment which consists of a kitchen, a small living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom with twin beds.
Please note here that all of “Magna’s” single beds can be converted into double beds upon request.
The outdoor areas of Magna and its gardens are meticulous in detail, with the beautiful plants and green grass that adorn it creating an idyllic scenery along with the strong stone element that dominates the outdoor areas.
The large edge infinity pool is overlooking the beautiful sea and ties with it uniquely. The stone-built BBQ is fully equipped and has a 12-seater dining area along with a bar. In addition, there are three outdoor seating areas at the pool level so you can relax in comfort and enjoy your summer vacation to the fullest.
